Our vision is

In March 2022, we partnered with Stonewall UK and became Diversity Champions. Aligned with our mission, we are on our journey to create a fully inclusive workplace by integrating diversity and inclusion in all parts of the business.

With the help of the team at Stonewall, we have re-launched the Bleecker Team Employee Handbook updating the language used throughout and introducing new inclusive policies like the ‘Gender Transitioning Policy’.
