Zan Kaufman founded Bleecker in 2012. We started as a food truck and today we have restaurants and delivery kitchens across London.
Our slogan is: commitment to the burger. We stand for cooking the best burgers in an equal world. We are united, passionate, empowering, and diverse.
Over the years we have won multiple awards, and are currently rated as Time Out's Best Burger in London. We have most recently been awarded one-star "very good to work for 2024” by Best Companies.
